Seth Marks is the General Manager of Japp’s, where his love of a great cocktail meets an even greater commitment to hospitality. A former teacher turned industry lifer, Seth has worked every role behind the bar and thrives on mentoring and developing the next generation of standout hospitality professionals.

When he’s not at Japp’s, you’ll likely find Seth wandering OTR with his dog, Mirabel, true crime podcast in his ears. A Cleveland transplant who found his home in Cincinnati, Seth believes the best bars are built on strong teams, thoughtful drinks, and making every guest feel welcome.
