Geoff Kaicher is the General Manager of Nice Life, bringing a guest-first mindset and a strong operational foundation to the room. With over a decade of experience in hospitality, Geoff has worked his way up through nearly every role behind the bar, gaining a clear understanding of what it takes to run a consistent, welcoming space.

Outside of Nice Life, Geoff loves cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family — usually with his dog, Marcus, close by. Whether he’s in the kitchen, planning a trip, or hosting a night out, he’s happiest when good food, good drinks, and good people all come together.
