Sophia Stepaniak

Sophia Stepaniak joined the 4EG Team in March of 2022 as the company’s Recruiter. She graduated from Miami University with a bachelor's degree in Sociology and has a passion for all things “people”. As the Recruiter, Sophia manages all phases of the recruitment and onboarding processes. She works closely with the management teams to identify hiring needs and strives to attract top talent to support our bars. She believes good culture is the glue that holds an organization together- making it the top importance.

Having roots in Cincinnati, you can find Sophia cheering on the Bengals with family, friends, and cold beers. She enjoys scoping out the best chips & salsa in town, watching the Harry Potter movies, and spending time with her dog, Colby Cheese. On the side, she loves videography- capturing and bringing memories to life through a camera. Her favorite part about working for 4EG is the collaboration- everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission.
