Kate Ballada is a Marketing Assistant at 4EG. Originally from St. Louis, she graduated from Maryville University with a degree in Communications, focusing on emerging media and social strategy. Kate joined the 4EG team in 2026 and helps support marketing efforts across the group’s Chicago locations. She has worked in the hospitality industry for over five years, shaping how she approaches creating engaging, on-brand experiences.

In her free time, she enjoys trying new spots around the city, thrifting, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
