Scott Spidale

Scott Spidale is an Operations Manager at 4EG. He has been with the company since 1999. A Chicago native, Scott met Ben Klopp and David Halpern while playing guitar for the Convulsions on Wednesday nights at their flagship bar, aliveOne. Ben and Dave took over Estelle’s in 1999 and Scott convinced them to give him a chance behind the bar. He spent the next 12 years bartending and eventually accepting a management offer. In 2011, he helped open The Owl and was the General Manager there for eight years. In 2019, he helped open Remedy and since has taken on the role of Operations Manager overseeing the Owl, Remedy, and Central Park Bar.
