Levi Tyma

Levi Tyma is the General Manager of Central Park Bar. In the summer of 2026, he will have been a part of the 4EG Family for a decade. As a whole, he has been working at bars in Chicago since 2013. He is extremely passionate about providing world-class hospitality and finds creative solace in cocktailing and writing cocktail menus and programs. He credits the birth of his passion for cocktails, spirits, and hospitality to working under the tutelage of The Violet Hour for nearly four years.

Eventually, he was hired at Estelle's and due to his background, which included a previous stop at a 4am bar, found that his passions, combined with the late-night experience, made for a perfect fit. After almost six years at Estelle's, he was granted the opportunity to be an Assistant General Manager and open Central Park Bar with Sarah Crossley in October of 2021.

In January of 2024, he took the reigns as General Manager. Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Levi has proudly called Chicago home since 2012. He looks to continue growing with the company that took a chance on a young, scrappy kid and is eager to continue improving with the company, year over year.
