Sarah Crossley

Sarah Crossley is an Operations Manager at 4EG. She is a proud Chicago native with a passion for art and hospitality. She earned a Bachelor's in Fine Arts from Columbia College and brings over 17 years of bar and restaurant experience to the table. Sarah has been part of the 4EG family since 2011 when she began her journey at Easy Bar. She moved from Easy Bar to open The Owl for 11 years, and has contributed to the opening of many 4EG locations, including Central Park Bar and Remedy. Sarah is excitedly taking on the responsibility of fostering growth and innovation within the 4EG brand.
