Adam Mitchell

Adam Mitchell is a District Manager for 4EG’s Cincinnati bar division, where he blends creativity, leadership, and a love for great hospitality. A Northern Kentucky University graduate with a BFA in Graphic Design, Adam began his career as a designer before discovering his true passion, bringing people together.

Since stepping into hospitality, Adam has focused on building community and creating memorable experiences. In 2018, he was inducted into the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels for his outstanding acts of goodwill. Adam joined 4EG in 2022 as the General Manager at Japp’s and has been proud to grow within the company ever since.

When he’s not on the clock, Adam enjoys traveling, spending time with his husband Francisco and their dogs Oso and Bruno, and cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals - WHO DEY!
